We’re looking for a ‘go-getter’ who is professional, flexible, a multi-task expert, highly tech savvy, detail oriented, has good judgement, is ‘a natural’ at customer service, knows banking, and likes to work as a team. Experience in personal banking, loan documentation and/or administrative support is ideal – but we have a great team that will provide training in the areas you don’t know yet.
Job accountabilities include:
Executive Assistance - Provides support and assistance for bank owner and leader of the commercial lending function. Provides high-tech administrative support for bank strategies related to commercial lending.
Sales Assistance - Works as a team providing support for the lender and customer during the loan sales cycle and ongoing relationship management.
Lending Assistance – Provides accurate loan documentation, loan booking, lien perfection, file administration, electronic imaging, and system updating, for all loan types.
