Part-Time Computer Help Desk Smith
The position will average about 15-20 hours per week. Typical hours will be from 5:30 – 7:00 pm Monday - Friday, other hours will vary depending on the Tech Dept. needs, so flexibility is important.
This position provides first level technical support for the Bank's electronic systems and related equipment in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains technical solutions database and assists with the creation of clear and concise documentation. Performs diagnostic testing and assists in troubleshooting of personal computer/network problems. Ensure daily proof item processing is completed and all cashletters delivered to Fed. Operates bank’s iSeries enterprise server and related components on a daily basis to ensure accurate and timely process of daily batch routines.
Position requirements are: High School Diploma and A+ Certification and/or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Networking. Knowledge of TCP/IP, Microsoft Office/Outlook, PC hardware and Microsoft Windows. 1-2 years of technical support experience in a networked Microsoft environment.
Knowledge of iSeries operations within a Fiserv/ITI environment is recommended
