Personal Banker Smith Avenue Office

     

Works in a team setting to provide relationship centered sales and service for consumer and commercial retail products.  Maintains knowledge and understanding of loan products, customer data standards, procedures and compliance requirements.  Performs ‘Universal Banker’ duties including Teller, Banker, Call Center backup, and Consumer Lending. 

 Job Requirements

Education & Experience: College Degree and/or equivalent experience/training; 2-4 years banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Teller and Customer Service experience required.

 Critical Skills:

High level of customer service ability; effective verbal communication skills; ability to present, sell & service bank products; aptitude for problem solving; computer proficiency; maintains confidentiality; flexible; ability to work at a fast pace with high accuracy; strong ability for multi-tasking and organization.

Teller Part-Time Various Offices

Schedules available

 

Randolph Office – Monday through Friday lunch coverage and rotating Saturdays.  15 -20 hours a week.

Grand Ave Office – Schedule is flexible, rotating Saturdays, 20 – 25 hours per week. 

Float Coverage – Schedule varies during the week, plus rotating Saturdays.  20 – 25 hours a week.

 

Job Summary

Works in a team setting to provide relationship centered service for bank customers.  Responsible for processing customer transactions, balancing the cash drawer, completing assigned teller duties, and managing risk. Maintains knowledge and understanding of products, procedures, and compliance requirements.  Actively provides referrals of potential customers to other areas of the bank. 

 
Education and Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Customer service experience required.

Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Part-Time Smith Avenue Office

Part-time Schedule

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 – 5pm

Job Summary

Primary customer service and greeter for incoming calls to the bank’s main phone line, and for visitors to the Smith Avenue location.  Assists in directing phone and lobby traffic.  Provides Customer Service for a variety of customer service requests and administrative request and routines for the bank’s retail area.  Assists customers with entry into their Safe Deposit Boxes.  Provides assistance on administrative details for bank events, meetings, and/or projects.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 years customer service experience and administrative support required
